360° Appraisals

 SNCL provides and administers four 360° appraisal tools:

It is recommended that the tools are used as part of a coaching package and not in isolation.

The SNCL 360° Leadership Appraisal is specifically designed for Leaders and aspiring Leaders. It consists of 35 questions within 4 broad categories:

  • Qualities
  • Skills
  • Competencies
  • Behaviours and Trust

Research tells us that the best leaders are those that combine their qualities, skills, competencies and behaviours to both achieve their own objectives and to motivate and inspire others. It’s not just about what they do, it’s about how they do it. This appraisal tool provides the appraisee with an opportunity to evaluate their own performance and leadership style. It also provides a rich source of information on how others evaluate them and how they can improve and develop as Leaders. 1:1 feedback sessions with an SNCL Leadership Coach will facilitate reflection and learning and will help the appraisee develop a personal develop plan to increase their effectiveness as a leader.

This 360 Appraisal tool combines the best of 360s with the simplicity and power of Everything DiSC®, and gives leaders three personalised strategies for improving their leadership effectiveness. The tool looks at 8 approaches to Leadership and practices associated with these approaches:

  4. Affirming

  1. The 360 Degree Trust and Flow Analysis


The purpose of this tool is to improve performance with a 360 Personal Social Responsibility (PSR) Report. The tool provides individuals with transparent feedback on where they are most and least trusted to deliver. The survey covers:

  • Initiative
  • Respect
  • Presence
  • Discipline
  • Perseverance


  • Each person who completes the 360 PSR survey sees how they rate themselves alongside the views of their colleagues and peers (up to 6 people).
  • They can see comments that colleagues want to share with them around how they naturally build Trust. The report helps colleagues to understand how their profile relates directly to where they are most and least trusted to deliver.
