Sophie, and her associate team, provide a wide range of Modular Training Programmes, Leadership Masterclasses and Team Workshops. Our training focusses on behavioural change and skill development in the workplace.

All our training programmes are highly interactive and are tailored to the needs of individual teams / organisations. If you are looking for didactic training with numerous dreary PowerPoint slides, then our training is not for you!

Our training is delivered on-line and/or face-to-face, usually with groups of 10 to 15 people.

We have recently designed and delivered a number of Leadership Development Programmes, including:

  • The Inclusive and Compassionate Leader (2022. 2 Cohorts) for NHS North West London. A combination of 4 modular online workshops, Action Learning Sets and self-directed learning.
  • Coaching for Leaders (2022-2025. 9 Cohorts) for United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. 4 highly interactive online modules: 1. Coaching for leaders, 2. Skills practice, 3. Courageous Conversations (with actors), 4. Inclusive Leadership.
  • Leadership Developing Programme (2023-2024) for Developing Health and Independence (DHI). DiSC Work of Leaders Psychometric, regular 1:1 leadership coaching for delegates and 6 highly interactive online modules: 1. Understanding leadership, 2. Inclusive leadership, 3. Building cohesive and effective teams, 4. Recruiting and retaining the best, 5. Courageous Conversations (with actors), 6. Showcasing and sharing the leadership learning.
